JustLikeHome Support Services, LLC is dedicated to providing safe, high-quality, and affordable day support services care for individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to empower individuals to live fulfilling lives as active members of their communities. Through personalized training and support, we help participants develop key skills in communication, community safety, interpersonal relationships, and daily living tasks, fostering independence and enhancing overall well-being. We are committed to helping each individual achieve their personal goals and thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment.
JustLikeHome enriches lives by connecting people through cultural, educational, social recreation, and wellness programs in an environment full of fun, friendships, and unity. We are open to all cultures and serve all participants that have a primary diagnosis of intellectual and development disabilities with a wavier and non-wavier. JustLikeHome serve adults between the ages of 18-65.
JustLikeHome is a non-medical based center. We offer medication administration, First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and Therapeutic Option certified. Our staff is highly trained and passionate about providing exceptional care to our clients. We believe in treating each individual with dignity and respect, and fostering a sense of community.
MEET OUR TEAM
Mrs. Jackita Ralph - Owner/Founder
Mrs. Jackita Ralph is the founder and owner of JustLikeHome Support Services, a day support agency for individuals with disabilities, which opened in 2024. With her extensive experience working with local agencies, she has developed a deep understanding of the needs of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Her passion for service and community engagement drives her commitment to offering comprehensive programs that empower adults to improve their social skills, build meaningful relationships, and foster greater independence.
In addition to her work with JustLikeHome Support Service, Jackita is the founder of the Destynie Sebrell Sickle Cell Foundation, established in 2023 in loving memory of her daughter, who passed away from sickle cell disease. The foundation provides support and resources to individuals and families affected by sickle cell, advocating for greater awareness and care.
She is also the owner of Ladies of Zaki Club, an organization dedicated to community improvement through programs that promote civic engagement, social responsibility, and community empowerment.
A committed advocate for inclusion and social good, Mrs. Jackita Ralph actively participates in a variety of local community agencies, including Chesapeake Meals on Wheels, which provides nutritious meals to individuals in need, ensuring that vulnerable populations, such as seniors and those with disabilities, receive essential support.
Through her various ventures, Jackita continues to make a meaningful impact on her community, dedicating herself to the well-being and empowerment of those with developmental disabilities and other vulnerable populations.
Mr Reggie Ralph- Co-Owner
Mr. Reggie Ralph, is the co-founder and owner of JustLikeHome Support Services, a day support agency established in 2024 that serves adults with individuals with disabilties . Drawing on his extensive experience in entrepreneurship and expertise in the cybersecurity field, Reggie brings a wealth of knowledge to his role in developing programs that empower individuals with disabilities. He has built a successful career in the computer and information technology sector, running a global agency that provides cybersecurity services to both private consumers and government agencies worldwide.
In addition to his business ventures, Mr Reggie Ralph is a dedicated high school basketball coach and mentor, working closely with students to inspire leadership, teamwork, and personal growth. He also sponsors educational initiatives on cybersecurity awareness and safety, delivering training programs to schools to help students and faculty understand the importance of protecting themselves in the digital age.
As part of his commitment to community engagement, Mr. Reggie Ralph actively participates in programs designed to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. These programs help individuals build social skills, foster relationships, and gain greater independence. Through these efforts, he strives to create pathways for all adults, including those with disabilities, to access post-secondary opportunities and succeed in the workforce and within their communities.
By combining his expertise in technology, education, and community service, Reggie is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and fostering inclusion, ensuring that every individual has the tools and resources to thrive.
